Description

• The house and furnishings are all new, with a fully equipped kitchen, stainless bbq, air-conditioning, washing machine/dryer, 2 TVs with DVDs.
• LAYOUT. Ground level: double lock-up garage, master QUEEN bedroom with ensuite, own verandah and walk-in robe with a laundry on the same level. Upstairs: kitchen, large living and dining, deck with a fabulous view, a QUEEN bedroom, and a 2-4 SINGLE bedroom, separate toilet and a bath/shower bathroom.
• Opposite a waterfront reserve onto a very child friendly beach, a 15m pathway from house. (Close to Peppers, yet on sheltered side of Corlette over a quiet sandy beach) As close to the beach as possible without being immediate waterfront!
• Large shopping complex/ten-pin bowling around the corner.
• Walk to Peppers Anchorage (along beachfront), and only a 5 minute drive into Nelson Bay. Surf beaches, Myall Lakes, horse riding, 2 golf clubs and boat hire etc all nearby.
• 2 1/4 hrs drive from Sydney city. (Sorry, no single night bookings)

We are a family of five who stayed at Evander for the Christmas period of 2007. The house is of a very high standard and the accommodation was perfectly proportioned for us. The photos do not do it justice -its even better!!
