The property overlooks and has direct access to One Mile Beach, one of the most spectacular patrolled surf beaches on the coast of New South Wales. From the deck are uninterrupted 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean sweeping around to Tomaree National Park. If you do not make it to the beach, enjoy the breathtaking views from the heated Infinity pool and spa.

Boat Harbour is a quiet harbour beach protected by a headland perfect for swimming snorkelling and scuba diving. It is also a favourite fishing spot.
One Mile Beach is one the area's best known surfing beaches. It is also famous for its protected south end for safe family enjoyment and a lazy malibu wave that comes around the point.
The area is well known for its fantastic golf courses: Newcastle (10th best in Australia), Pacific Dunes, Horizons and Nelson Bay to name a few.
In season, whale and dolphin watching provide great attraction and Stockton Sandunes provides for more active pursuits and 4 Wheel driving.
