All bedrooms have build in cupboards. The main bedroom features a queen size iron and timber bed. The second bedroom has two single ensemble beds . The 3rd bedroom has a set of iron bunk beds. The bathroom features a seperate bath and shower.

There is a private, covered, rear entertaining area with bbq, outdoor setting and kids paddle pool. Fenced rear yard and double automatic garage. Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. Easy walk to Fingal Bay Surf Patrolled Beach, local shops and Bowling Club.

Location

Fingal Bay is in the Port Stephens area, and is one of the only 2 patrolled surf beaches in this area. It is a 2 1/2 hour drive north from Sydney and is a short drive from both Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay.

Local Attractions

Fingal Bay has a magnificent beach which is well protected by the headland in the southern corner and. open to the ocean swell further up the beach. This makes it a great beach for swimming, surfing and fishing. It is surrounded by Tomaree National Park which provides for many scenic bush walks, and there is a walking /cycle track from Fingal Bay to Nelson Bay.

Within a short distance there are so many local attractions such as movies, fantastic restaurants, toboggan run, waterpark, golf, bowling, tennis courts, wine tasting, dolphin and whale watching cruises, scenic cruises, camel and horse riding, paraflying, boat hire, jet boats, fishing trips, 4 wheel drive safari's - in other words there is something for everyone.
