The Classic Beach House is a landmark in Ocean Avenue, Anna Bay. With 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Lounge, eat in Kitchen, Rumpus, Laundry, Air-Conditioning/ Heating/ Fans, Gas BBQ, DVD, CD it is the perfect holiday property

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have double bunks and a main bathroom, downstairs includes a double bedroom with a duo bunk and a second bathroom.

The spacious lounge room seats 8 with ease and includes a large comfy daybed ideal for reading and those lazy afternoon naps! and opening onto a huge front deck with views down Birubi Beach and the sand dunes.

Indoor Dining Table seats 8 with an adjoining outdoor dining area for 8.

Non Smoking and no pets allowed.

Beach house and more

Birubi Beach leads onto Stockton Beach and the famous Stockton Sand Dunes. These beaches are the most versatile of all the Port Stephens beaches as they're great for surfing, swimming, beach fishing, rock fishing, 4WDriving, Boat Beach Launching, Quad Bike Riding, Camel Riding, Horse Riding and just plain relaxing !!

Birubi Beach is also a patrolled Beach with it's own Surf Life Saving Club. Beach is patrolled during school holidays and on weekends.

The Anna Bay Learn to Surf school is also available!

Keep the kids entertained

There is a modern kids playground and bike path in the reserve a mere 2 minutes from the house.

For the older kids there is a Skate Park a bit further along the path, about 4 minutes from the house.

There is also a fantastic path that's perfect for the kids to ride their bikes & roller blades along the ocean foreshore.

Also enjoy all the water sports and entertainment of the Port Stephens area. We are only 10 minutes from Nelson Bay.
