This is a newly refurbished tastefully decorated first floor front unit with 3 large bed rooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bed room has a queen size bed and ensuite, second a double bed and third with two singles. It is self contained and has a BBQ, TV, DVD player and a CD player. It is decorated with beauitiful pictures, bed spreads matching curtains and hand painted table lamps to match the decor. The Bay Parkland is a 5 acre bush land setting where you could relax in our large balcony and listen to birds sing. It is a beach front unit where you would walk about 100 meters through the parklands to the little beach. Bay Parklands is a great family holiday destination.

We have a tennis court with lights, heated pool which can be seen from the balcony, sauna (2) and a spa. Boating facilities are also available.

All this is just 2 hours away from Sydney.

Port Stephens area and Nelson Bay
