Modern, luxury split-level 3 bedroom,2 bathroom home with R/C air conditioning and a remote control garage.

A short walk to Bagnalls Beach (dog friendly)and the Anchorage Resort at Sandy Point.

Home includes large open plan living, expansive water views and outdoor area with gas BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.

Sleeps 6 - Queen size bed, double bed and two singles.

Fully fenced small rear garden.

Small/medium dogs permitted.

North facing loungeroom, experiences lovely breezes in summer and sunshine throughout winter.

Location

Corlette is located on Port Stephens, just 2 1/2 hrs drive north of Sydney.

Local Attractions

The home is located 3 minutes drive from Nelson Bay Marina and local tourist attractions, such as Dolphin Cruises etc. Surf beaches are also only a 10 minutes drive from the
house. There are also lots of clubs, pubs and restaurants close by.

Visit number 4 and even though it rained (and rained)and rained some more............we still loved it and so did the dogs. We will be back in September for 2 weeks. Perfect!

We had a lovely time at what was our second visit to By the Bay. It felt just like home from home with much better views, we had a fantastic time whale watching, something my 81 year old mother over from the uk thought she would never do. Once again the dog loved the runs on the beach just down the road. We aim to return in the future as its just so relaxing.

We had an absolutley amazing time, the house was just beautiful, it was great having breakfast on the barbie with the sea views, the children enjoyed being able to walk the dog on the nearby beach and as for the dog he was in his element. We certainly hope to stay again. Thank you for making your home available for others to enjoy.

What a wonderfully relaxing 5 days. Perfect weather, perfect location, fabulously well maintained holiday house. Couldn't want for anything more. We can't wait to go back for a longer stay in November. Our dogs adored the 'dog friendly' beach within walking distance of the house.

Perfect holiday house. Fantastic location, so close to doggie beach. Huge comfortable, beautifully furnished house with lovely big balconies overlooking the bay. Highly recommend it! Would go back anytime. Thanks for the lovely stay.
